Our Mission

On January 12, 2021, we, founded the family business which we named “3-Depth”. Our mission is to make the underwater visible for you see, but without getting wet. Examples projects are  wrecks, flora, fauna and other objects. To achieve this, we use the 3D and Virtual Reality technology. In 2019 we used software to create a photorealistic 3D model of the Hilma Hooker and several  other locations on Bonaire. In the past year we have been making 3D models usable for various parties;

Both our Virtual Reality solution and the various possibilities for computers, tablets and apps can be used for example:

• Guiding divers (remotely or not) prior to a dive by instructors on the Hilma Hooker or other dive objects such as the wreck La Machaca at Captain

  Don’s  Habitat;

• Non-divers, for example the partners of divers, can get an impression of the dive by the Virtual Reality;

• Demonstrating the diving and snorkeling possibilities ;

• A realistic deepening in the Hilma Hooker for divers and non-divers;

• Make snorkelers and non-snorkelers enthusiastic about the marine life on Bonaire in advance;

• Experience the diving and snorkeling objects remotely;

• Support PR for Bonaire as a holiday island, in person and online;

• Generating media attention, this project is unique.

Now that the coral is currently deteriorating drastically worldwide, it is now possible to monitor the changes of the coral with new technologies. Coral can been captured for eternity in a realistic 3D model
